Policies & Rates

Please respect the following policies:

• A minimum two-night stay is recommended, if only a one-night stay the rate will be an additional $15.00/night.
• NO SMOKING in the house or on the property. No burning candles in the house.
• No children under 10 years old without permission from host.
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• Check in time is 3:00 P.M.; Check out time is 11:00 A.M.
• Advance reservations are requested; A deposit of one night’s stay is required to hold the date.
• Reservations are guaranteed. The reservation confirmation and deposit receipt will be emailed to you.
• The balance due will be charged 72 hours prior to reservation and receipt emailed to you.
• A keyless entry door with a code can be accessed from the side porch. A code will be provided prior to your arrival.
• Bed linens and towels are provided. Along with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, and small bath soap. The kitchen has coffee and tea available for your use. The house has a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and 2 gas burners on the antique stove for use during your stay.
• All dishes are to be washed and returned to shelves. All trash and recycling are to be placed into the large containers outside at the back of porch upon leaving. All used towels should be placed in laundry basket in laundry room. If you move any furniture or furnishings, please move them back to their original positions.
• An additional cleaning charge will be assessed for excessive “over the top” messes i.e. rice or bird seed all over, rose petals, etc.
• Please turn off any inside lights and leave the air conditioning/heat on 68 when leaving the house.
• Two parking spaces are available and allow turnaround to make easy exit onto Streetsboro Street.
• All reservations are booked for the entire house – you can not separate the rooms to book only one room.
• Cancellations policy – A full refund is given for a one-week notice of cancellation with a $25.00 service charge. A 50% partial refund is given for a notice of less than a week but before 72 hours. No refund is given for notice of less than 72 hours or for any premium non- cancellable dates as marked on the calendar.
